SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping methods, costs and delivery times
For our shipments we rely on the express couriers Bartolini and GLS.
Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday during office hours. Orders placed by the Customer during the weekend are handled the following Monday. To monitor the tracking of the delivery, use the tracking number received by email at the time of order confirmation, or request it by writing to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For destinations called "remote areas", such as small mountain towns or countries with low industrial density, delivery times may be slightly longer than the guidelines.
The cost of shipping varies according to the quantity of goods inserted in the order. Please note that during the period of promotions and the Christmas period, the management of new orders may encounter slight delays. For orders placed by new customers, Diffusion Foods srl reserves the right to carry out cross-checks between the Company that issued the credit card and the Customer's credit institution, in order to verify the validity of the transaction and then proceed with the shipment of the ordered goods. This procedure could lead to slight delays in the shipment of the first order.
The customer can request, within fifteen (15) working days from the delivery date, the return of any product, even on offer, if they are not satisfied with the purchase they made.
The costs incurred for the return are charged to the customer.
In general, before any request, Diffusion Foods s.r.l. stresses to make sure that the products to be returned are in the same condition in which they were received, that is:
- must not have been opened, used or damaged;
- must be returned in their original packaging;
The products to be returned must be entrusted to the courier within five (5) working days from the date of communication of the return to Diffusion Foods s.r.l.
Verification of the integrity of the product can take up to 5 working days.
Diffusion Foods s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or delayed returns.
THE STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR THE RETURN REQUEST
Communicate the return request by writing to the following email address email@example.com indicating:
- order number;
- the article you want to return;
- the motivation;
- the desired compensation mode, among those provided below;
- contact details.
- Then wait for Diffusion Foods s.r.l. accept the request sent and authorize the return;
- Proceed with the preparation of the goods to be returned, once the authorization has been received.
The customer is free to use any courier to return the products indicated.
CREDIT CARD: for orders paid by credit card, the amount will be reversed by our systems and made available again on the customer's statement according to the times provided by the bank that has issued the card (usually next month).
PAYPAL : For orders paid with Paypal, the refund will be made directly to the Paypal account.
Diffusion Foods s.r.l. will refund the entire amount paid for the purchase of the products, with the exclusion of transport contributions, within the time limits established by law (within 14 days of receipt of the return) and on condition that the products have been returned in compliance to the foregoing.
REFUND ON CREDIT CARD
The transaction will be reversed by our systems, approximately, within 14 working days from the receiving of the return. The time required to view the refund on the bank account may vary and depends on the institution that issued the card. In this case, please contact your bank.
